From a dancer’s very first twirl to advanced competitive and pre-professional training, DanceForce offers programs designed to grow with each dancer.

Whether your dancer is looking for a fun weekly class, their first competitive experience, or intensive training with goals beyond high school, there is a place for them at DanceForce.

Sprinkle Dance Program

Ages 2–4 · Intro to Dance

Sprinkle is a gentle little world where tiny dancers twirl like petals in the breeze and dreams are dusted with sparkles. Each week feels like opening a storybook—filled with music, make-believe and magical moments that make hearts smile.

In this introduction to dance, little ones tiptoe, twirl and giggle their way through the basics of ballet while building confidence, coordination and a love of movement.

TRAINING: 1 class per week

PERFORMANCE: Year-End Recital

AUDITION: Not required

Foundation Dance Program

Ages 4–18 · Foundational Training

Foundation is where dancers build skills, confidence and a love of dance in a positive and encouraging environment.

With classes offered in a variety of genres and levels, dancers can explore dance recreationally while developing strong fundamentals and enjoying the experience of being part of DanceForce. No previous dance experience is required.

Foundation offers flexibility for families looking for a lower weekly commitment while still providing exciting opportunities to perform.

COMPETITION: Select classes participate in 1 local competition

PERFORMANCE: Year-End Recital

AUDITION: Not required

Future Force Dance Program

Ages 5–10 · Pre-Competitive

Future Force is the perfect next step for young dancers who love being in the studio and are ready for more training, more performance opportunities and their first experience as part of a competitive team.

Dancers train in multiple styles each week, developing strong technical foundations, versatility, confidence and teamwork while being introduced to the commitment and excitement of competitive dance.

Future Force is designed to prepare dancers for future opportunities within the DanceForce Company while keeping the experience positive, age-appropriate and fun.

TRAINING: 4 required classes per week

COMPETITIONS: 2 competitions per season

PERFORMANCE: Year-End Recital

AUDITION: Required

DanceForce Company

Ages 6–18 · Competitive Training

The DanceForce Company is for dancers who are passionate about their craft and ready to take their training to the next level.

Company dancers receive comprehensive training across multiple genres while developing technique, versatility, artistry, performance skills and professionalism.

Placement is based on age, ability, experience and the individual needs of each dancer.

COMPETITIONS: 3–5 competitions per season

PERFORMANCE: Year-End Recital

OPPORTUNITIES: Travel, conventions, guest choreographers and additional performance opportunities may be offered throughout the season.

Core Company

4–12 Hours of Training Per Week

Core Company provides dedicated dancers with a comprehensive competitive dance experience while allowing flexibility for other interests and commitments.

Dancers receive strong technical training across multiple genres, work with DanceForce faculty and guest choreographers, and experience the challenge, excitement and growth that comes from being part of a competitive team.

Core Company is ideal for dancers who are serious about their training and want a strong competitive experience while maintaining balance outside of dance.

Elite Company

13+ Hours of Training Per Week

Elite Company is our most intensive training pathway for dancers whose primary extracurricular focus is dance.

Designed for highly committed dancers who want to maximize their technical, artistic and performance development, Elite Company provides an elevated level of training, expectations and opportunities.

This pathway is especially suited to dancers considering pursuing dance beyond high school through post-secondary dance programs, professional training or a career in the dance industry.
